Lifting Right In The Gym
Lifting right means having proper lifting form combined with the right training program. These are basic requirements for strength training. Next is sticking to the program and improving session after session—i.e. progressive overload. This will shape your body, improve strength, and build muscle. If you train at The Bar for at least 3 months, you will get a training program (and nutrition guidelines) based on your fitness goals – free of charge.

Nutrition
A big part of getting in shape is taking charge of your nutrition. When you sign up for a 3-month membership with us, we will provide you with the nutrition guidelines on how to track your nutrition and also recommend an eating approach that suits your weight goals for optimal results.

Education
No one should be afraid to lift just because they don’t know how. Whether you are new to strength training or would like to know how to lose weight safely, we conduct info sessions and workshops for both so that you have the right knowledge to take charge of your own fitness journey.

Yes, you got that right. No treadmills. The key to a better looking body isn’t running endlessly. That is why we provide the essentials and stripped away the rest. Training in the gym with free weights helps you achieve a strong, lean and great-looking physique in the most efficient way (as compared to other kinds of trainings) and has great carry-on effects to real life; e.g. for daily activities, sports, bone strength and general health.

Trainer Guidance
We do not believe in paid personal training sessions on top of monthly gym memberships. Anyone who lifts in the gym should have proper form and aim for progressive improvement. That is why all members have access to our coaches at no additional cost – to ensure that you lift safely and correctly.

Training Program + Nutrition Guidelines
Claims like “Get a Bikini Body in 10 Days” and “Blast Fat With These Workouts” sound too good to be true. And they are. Achieving your fitness goals requires consistent training over time. Our gym provides a training program and nutrition guidelines, based on your fitness goals, free of charge for members who will be training with us for at least 3 months.
